Arriving
Through the dunes
You reach Dune on foot, along a boardwalk that runs between protected dunes. The sea appears before the restaurant does.
The day
Sun, shade and a long afternoon
Wooden beds under thatched parasols, sail shades over the terrace, and service from the kitchen and bar all day. The sun drops behind the dunes and the whole place changes colour — this is the hour people stay for.

Lunch
A long table, slowly
Sharing plates, raw fish, something from the grill, a bottle of Provence rosé in ice. Lunch at Dune rarely ends when it should.

Infusions, smoke, fruit and a lot of precision. The bar runs from the first spritz of the afternoon to the last drink of the night.

Evening
Dinner under the pergola
Lights come down low over the tables, the room fills, and the beach club becomes a restaurant again.
After dark
Fire on the sand
On the right night, performers take the beach and the name is written in flame across the sand.
